Within this scope, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and related legislation, and pursuant to our disclosure obligations, we handle the processing of personal data and sensitive personal data you provide to our Company during your job application and throughout the term of your employment agreement with great care.

Processing of Your Personal Data

During your job application and throughout your employment agreement, your personal data may be collected, either automatically or manually, due to the necessity of the employment relationship or legal obligations, and may be processed within the limits prescribed by applicable legislation.

Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation, you have the right to:

Request information on whether your personal data has been processed, and if so, obtain details regarding such processing;
Learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is being used in accordance with that purpose;
Be informed about third parties, domestic or foreign, to whom your personal data has been transferred;
Request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately;
Request deletion or destruction of your personal data when the reasons for processing no longer exist and request that these actions be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred;
Object to outcomes generated against you solely through automated systems based on the analysis of your personal data;
Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.

Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, data subjects (“Applicant”) have the right to submit certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data.

By completing this “Application Form to the Data Controller”:

Via a notarized notice sent to Yavuz Selim Mahallesi, Selimiye Caddesi No:4/B, Çubuk/ANKARA, our Company shall evaluate the request according to its nature and respond free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest. However, if the processing requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
